I have been blonde for a long time and awoke one morning thinking I need a change.

I had an appointment booked with Jo for the blonde refresh. Upon arrival I sat and spoke with Jo about changing the colour of my hair and the reasons why. Jo was attentive, listening to me and what I wanted to achieve by changing the colour. I had little confidence when I walked into the salon that morning, I left feeling so much more confident and so pleased with my new colour. Thank you so much Jo for being an absolute star and all the professional and personal support you give. Jo and her team are not just my hairdressers they are my friends too

Visited the city salon on 14/08/25 to have my hair curled by Ellie. I was attending a family wedding later that day.
Ellie did a fabulous job and I was very happy with the end results. I also asked if I could have the hair pinned off my face due to the weather being so warm. Jo did this for me and I had several compliments throughout the wedding saying how pretty my hair looked.

Came to Inspiration as I was dissatisfied with my current salon.

I had a consultation with Jo and entrusted her to get my colour right as I was getting married a few weeks later. I was simply blown away with the success of the colour attained. I felt listened to, treated with dignity and respect and happy with the whole experience. The professionalism from all the staff at Inspirations is second to none. After 25 years at my old salon who are well known I know that inspirations are my salon going forwards

I visited for the first time earlier this month with my 13 year old daughter. Our stylist, Ellie, was fabulous and so friendly! In my experience, it is rare to find a stylist who *really* understands curly hair!

Ellie was great - I booked in for a colour change and she guided me through the process with patience and skill. Really pleased with the results, would definitely recommend! 🙂

Brilliant first cut for my nearly two year old! Ellie was sooo good, brilliant cut, really kept my son’s style nicely so it wasn’t too brutal a first haircut! So patient and friendly with him too. Highly recommended.

Only lived in Worcester 2 years not had my hair done in 4 so decided to come here an wow incredible service from the consultation to end of my appointment ellie did my hair an so very happy

This was the best experience I have ever had in a hair salon. The young lady who cut my hair was delightful and I will definitely be back! The whole salon was filled with laughter. Lovely!

The first time I visited the salon I needed a wash and blow dry quite quickly and they fitted me in within 10 minutes, the lady at reception was so welcoming and friendly which was lovely, my stylist Ellie was amazing from the get go and was really informative and so so lovely, the service couldn’t not be faulted she took time and made my hair look so much better and nothing was to much to ask, thank you so much I will definitely be returning! X

I had gel nails done for my wedding which look absolutely amazing. It was my first time at this salon and the staff made me feel like I had been there many times before. So very friendly. I went back a few days later with my niece to have some up do 's for my wedding. They both looked stunning and stayed in all day and all night..will definitely be going back.

Spent a lovely morning at inspiration hair and beauty. It was the day after "freedom day" and I was pleased to find there was still lots of safety procedures still in place.It was a very hot morning there were plenty of fans to keep me and Nicky cool while she highlighted my hair. The music that they had playing quietly in the background was very relaxing. Even the coffee that is served was delicious. I was extremely pleased with my hair cut and colour. The whole morning was a very enjoyable experience.

My first time here and its been so long since iv left the hairdressers this happy. Everyone is so friendly and professional. My hair looks and feels lovely and clean now, would recommend to anyone.
